Blanket is specifically designed for use on dry offset printing systems for the container and closure industries, be they pail printers, pot printers, cup printers, lid printers, cap printers or closure printers.

Dry offset printing blanket is suitable for printing on a variety of substrates: PP, PS, EPS, HIPS, ABS, HDPE, LDPE and other plastics used in the manufacture of thin-walled, pre-formed plastic containers, both round and out-of-round, such as stadium cups, yoghurt pots, paint pails/buckets, noodle pots and yellow fat containers/tubs.

Our product is used worldwide, every day on a wide variety of sidewall printers, including Van Dam, Polytype, Kase, Desco, Moss, Omso as well as on machines now manufactured in India and the P.R China.

The unique construction of 100% aromatic polyester polyurethane is a highly abrasion-resistant, long-life blanket. The white printing surface of our printing blanket enables fast make ready times and accurate registration. With an open-cell compressible construction the printing blanket accommodates uneven or irregular wall thicknesses sometimes associated with thermo-formed pots.

Benefits of using Blanket for pot and pail printing:

The blanket is non-directional: it can be cut either way round thereby reducing wastage when converting.
Good anti-static properties: less need for wash-ups than with traditional rubber blankets.
Resistant to both UV- and IR-curing inks.
Blanket is easily cleaned using blanket cleaner, when used sparingly, is very effective.
